We will be blogging the messages that come through the Angel Board, so that we can share the love & wisdom of the Masters with everyone who chooses to read our blog. 

For those of you who do not know who Paul the Venetian is, we will give you a little introduction taken from a book called “The Seven Sacred Flames” channeled by Aurelia Louise Jones.

Maha Chohan, Paul the Venetian

Paul the Venetian is an Ascended Master associated with The Third Ray; The Flame of Cosmic Love.  He also holds the Office of the Maha Chohan which represents the Office of the “Holy Spirit” for Earth.  He is devoted to the Ray of Love and Wisdom of the Heart, which encompasses both the Buddhic Wisdom Principles and the Christ Love Principles.  He is an initiator of the Heart Chakra.  He also works with sound healing to help restore harmony and transmit to us the Rainbow frequencies of light.

Here is his message for 2/4/11:

Trust not the images of violence for they are only projections of mass fears.  Love is the answer to all questions.  Love is the source of oneness that dispels that which seems not to be of the light.  What you are experiencing as the intensification of energies implies progress through the transmutation of denser energies into higher range frequencies.  We use the word progress for it appears these changes are taking place in time.  In the eyes of the Creator you are whole and perfect in all ways and always, but with the eyes you see with there is still much fragmented perception.  The progress we speak of is an accumulation of light and information encoded in your DNA.  To awaken to the truth of oneness, make time daily to experience the power of Love on a visceral level.  For knowledge of oneness is incomplete without your sensory experience.  The phrase “when two or more are gathered” implies that you will remember the Creator through union, through joy, through sharing.  You can react to darkness but you cannot share it.  It is crucial at this time that you understand that the darkness is merely the absence of light.  But this is only a temporary perception for the Creator is everywhere, and everywhere the Creator is there is light, and everywhere you are the Creator is, and so everywhere you are there is light.  I AM the Beneficence of Love allow me to serve you in the ways they Creator intended.  And so trust not the images of violence but place your trust in the experience of the oneness that results from your allowing the power of love to flood through you.  Darkness needs not your judgement, but the shining of your light.  Think not that the changes in your DNA are an individual phenomenon.  Your DNA is a means of connecting, not just to your Brothers & Sisters, but to the Cosmos itself.  The 11:11 represents a cosmic DNA code.  Every experience that you have that serves to add to the accumulation of light is akin to the great awakening.  The 11:11 is reflective of, and a means by which you may begin to fathom the integral nature of your relationship in, of and to the Cosmos.

More of the story from Mt. Shasta:

 The morning of 9/9/09 we all gathered around 4:30AM to prepare for the first part of what was to be a multi-part ceremony.  There was no formal structure for the ceremony, we each just knew that we would be intuitively guided to share our input at the right time. We drove the dark and windy road that leads from town up to the mountain.  Our first stop was a power spot that holds the energetic magic of a Merkaba that is built into the ground.  It is hidden from the road, with a magnificent stand of trees that act as the guardians for this incredible structure.  This Merkaba was found several months earlier by two members of our group (an amazing story in and of itself that is so synchronous and magical it deserves its own blog).

There in the dark and cold of the early morning, we intuited instructions from Spirit, building a fire and opening Sacred Space.  Being familiar with the nature and purpose of a Merkaba, we created a vortex of energy by having half of the group walk clockwise around the Merkaba, while the other half walked counterclockwise.  This opened a portal to the higher frequency energies, so that we would all be prepared for what would occur higher on the mountain a few hours later. 

After extinguishing the fire, the twenty or so members of our group continued the climb up to the upper parking lot, bringing us to the foot of the peak of Shasta, where the next part of the ceremony unfolded.  There were three symbolic rock formations set in a triad; each with a conspicuous shape.  The triad, triangle and the number three was also significant, representing the balance of masculine and feminine energies, the presence of Ascended Masters and our relationship to the Divine.  One large boulder was in the shape of a chair, which we dubbed “The Ascension Chair”.  This was the focal point of our ceremony.  We were pleasantly surprised that there were not large crowds of people; most likely because we were using Arkansas time, knowing that would be the initial activation that was the cue for the other crystal activations throughout the world.  The other two huge boulders were in the shape of a Heart (representing the heart chakra), and an Infinity Symbol.  Each lending their energy and presence to the shift that was about to occur.

We took turns sitting in The Ascension Chair, stating our intention while a crystal bowl was played, receiving an anointing of holy oil and ash and opening to the gifts of multidimensionality being released into our DNA from the ancient crystals that lie below us.  As the channeling the night before had predicted, others were called to join our pod.  No interruptions and no questions asked, they gathered to help hold space for one another, receive the blessings and blend into the oneness and presence of the Divine.  This ceremony lasted for a couple of hours  and then we finished with a sacred sound blessing and the alchemy of a white-gold elixir.  The whole event was steeped in mysticism.

We were famished from the amount of energy that rained down upon us during the ceremony.  Making our way to the local Diner, we were completely ungrounded and in an altered state of consciousness.  Picture a group of 20 people, high from our experience, laughing, wanting to sit together and asking silly questions like “do you serve eggs here?”  We were in a diner – of course they served eggs!  Needless to say the people working there that day received an energetic upgrade as a byproduct of our collective energy field.  Immediately after breakfast, we thought we would be doing more ceremonies in other places….but spirit had other plans.  After breakfast  the monumental nature of what had happened began to sink in and we went our separate ways to process what had occurred; most of us falling into a deep trance-like sleep for 3 or 4 hours as we assimilated the energy from the crystals more fully into our DNA.

We gathered together again in the evening for a celebration at the sight of the Merkaba.  Surrounded by the guardian tall pines we built another fire, drummed, sang and were visited by what we undoubtedly can say were UFOs.  In the days that followed 9/9/09 several small groups continued to do ceremony at various locations like Castle Lake, Panther Meadows and a few others.  Ascended Masters began visiting us in meditation and on the Angel Board.  We felt totally connected to source energy and our high vibration adventures continued for weeks and months to follow.  They have continued to share information and insights with us and others through the Angel Board and we have asked if they would like us to share those messages through our blog ~ the answer was yes!  So stay tuned for more messages from various Ascended Masters, Angels, Elementals and other Emissaries of Light!

Even though we have had an Angel Board for 10 years our usage of it got ramped up in July of 2009.  It was a beautiful day, we had Nikki and Diane visiting  and they were ready for their Reiki II attunements.  It seemed appropriate to do the attunements somewhere out in nature.   So we hiked out Lower Hermosa trail and found the perfect spot.  We set the stage for the attunements in what seemed like a Fairy field.  It was so still and yet so alive with energy at the same time.  We found a log that Nikki and Diane could sit on.  We prepared for the attunements with Lisa playing the didgeridoo and Tibetan bowls.  As if attunements weren’t somehow magical enough, the combination of the setting, the sounds of the instruments, coupled with the sounds of nature, the incredibly high frequency of the energies …  it is just a blissful blur … We were all unquestionably altered coming down the mountain trail; I do recall Lisa snatching me from what could have been a near death experience as I almost fell hundreds of feet over the edge of the embankment.  We went into town and decided to eat at Ken & Sue’s.  We were ravenous and we were so outrageously scatterbrained, that the waiter must have thought we were effected by some serious mind altering drugs.  Anyway, after much hysterical laughter and ingesting some incredible food we managed to make our way home.

Though the food was somewhat grounding, once we got home we were still altered and feeling very connected to higher frequency energies, so we decided to get out the Angel Board and ask some questions.  It was incredible: we could feel the presence of the Ascended Masters that communicated through the board.  The information that came through was astounding.  The four of us were asked to go to Mt. Shasta for the 9/9/09 activation of the crystal of multidimensionality – WOW. 

There were many messages that evening, but the long and short of it turned out to be a road trip (and what a long trip) to Mt. Shasta.  The weeks before we left were filled with synchronous events, including performing preparatory ceremonies here in the Four Corners area.  By the time we completed our 18 hour (straight through) drive to Shasta, we were greeted by approximately 20 people that we knew from Durango, Pennsylvania & California.  On the evening of 9/8/09 one of the members of our group channeled Archangel Raphael, who gave us information and instruction about the ceremony we would all take part in on 9/9/09.  Part of the message was that more people would be joining our pod for the ceremony.  Yes, you heard that right, POD?  As if we were dolphins or whales, or maybe it was just the high frequency energy of the dolphins & whales that were needed for the ceremony.

Some of you already know that we built a medicine wheel on the Fall Equinox.  During one of our angel board sessions, Gaia came in and asked us to build a medicine wheel at H2O.  As we were preparing the land and creating sacred space, Gaia again spoke and told us that this medicine wheel would create light and that we should open the wheel for all to come and meditate or do ceremony.  So if you are feeling called to share in the energy of the wheel, please call us at 970-375-7794 to let us know if you would like to perform a ceremony or spend some time in the light of the wheel.

The Didgeridoo has changes my life in so many ways!  This instrument has taught me about the connectedness to all life and many other lessons.   Essentially, the didgeridoo represents the full circle of life.  Traditionally, the didgeridoo is made from a hallowed out eucalyptus tree (plant realm), termites (insect/animal realm) hallow out the tree and then the aborigine (human realm) takes the hallowed out branch and strips off the bark and may paint the soon to be instrument with dreamtime symbols that represent stories and totem animals of that particular person and/or their clan.  They may also apply beeswax to create a mouthpiece for the didgeridoo.  In order to keep the sound of the didgeridoo going you utilize a technique called circular breathing (spirit realm).  I believe that our breath represents the spirit that lives within our physical being and it is the spark of the divine that animates us.  Therefore this amazing instrument/gift involves the plant, animal, human and spirit realms creating and tapping into the full circle of life.  The didgeridoo is a conduit or bridge between worlds.   I will be writing several other blog posted about my personal journey with the didgeridoo and about the Dreamtime Myths of the Aboriginal culture.  The Aboriginal culture is a beautiful example of indigenous wisdom; they live in harmony and balance with all aspects of life.  They consciously live in both the seen (physical) and unseen (spiritual/metaphysical) worlds simultaneously.  They have not forgotten the importance of ceremony, ritual and reverence for their ancestors, spirit beings and all of the species living upon this earth.

2009 was a wild ride, wasn’t it?  For me personally, it was filled with the highest of highs: experiences so blissful that the words to describe them still elude me.  It was also a year of extreme lows: a Dark Night of the Soul with feelings of despair that rivaled some of the most painful times of my life.  I expressed this at a recent Lightworker’s Support Group.  And I asked, “If this is what I’m experiencing, and I HAVE spiritual tools to help me, what must those who have yet to learn these tools be experiencing?  Total chaos?” 

I consider sharing my Reiki practice part of my responsibility as a Lightworker.  In a recent meditation the Ascended Master Lord Lanto showed me a modern definition of what it means to be a Lightworker.  He showed me the image of one car following another; and the car that was in front had a GPS.  He explained to me that being a Lightworker was less about having ALL the answers and more about being able to help people through these changes by sharing the skills that have the potential to create lasting shifts in consciousness.  It’s not really about the number of tools you have, but how you put them to use in your daily life.  Having the gift of being able to share and teach Reiki is my way of offering people their own personal GPS. 

 Reiki is one of those skills that certainly has the potential to create positive, lasting changes.  In these times of rapidly shifting frequencies, learning and practicing Reiki can be beneficial in a number of ways.  This hands-on healing method is a way to raise your vibrational frequency, help you cope with physical challenges, increase mental clarity, release stagnant emotions and enhance your experience of feeling connected to all life.  The deeper you go into the practice of Reiki,  more and more gifts are revealed.  Reiki is a simple, yet powerful tool that can be used for healing on many levels.  The practice of Reiki is uncomplicated, effortless and yet produces profound results.

Sound Health by Lisa Byrne

Sound Healing is an ancient cross cultural art.  References to sound appear in all great spiritual belief systems from around the world.  With the support of numerous scientific studies, sound healing is emerging as a powerful modality to facilitate healing from a variety of physical, mental, emotional & spiritual dis-eases.  Sound works by addressing the basis of all life…vibration.

As Deepak Chopra, M.D. so eloquently states, although our senses report that we inhabit a solid body in time and space, this is only the most superficial layer of reality.  Quantum physics reveals that what appears to be a solid body can be broken down into molecules, atoms and subatomic particles, and that these subatomic particles are actually bundles of vibrating energy.  Everything in existence emits a vibrational frequency or resonance whether it is audible or not.  The human ear is only capable of perceiving a certain range of frequencies.  If our hearing was sensitive enough to perceive all frequencies, we would be able to hear the music of mountains, valleys, flowers and rivers, the singing of the sky and stars, and the symphony of our own body.

Sound is being used at the Cornell Cancer Prevention Center in New York City by Dr. Mitchell Gaynor, the director of Medical Oncology and Integrative Medicine and author of The Healing Power of Sound.  While, Dr. Gaynor explains he is not sure why certain sounds aid in healing terminally ill patients, he believes that their vibration affects the disrhythmic motion found in cancer cells.  He says that if he fills a singing bowl with water and then draws a baton around the rim it will create a harmony that turns the water into “beautiful shapes like snowflakes,”.  With the use of sacred sounds from instruments & voice, the same harmonious transformation can be achieved within the cells of the human body.

The body is naturally an amazing conductor of sound since it is over 70% water.  Sound travels 5 times as fast through water as it does through air. Bone is also an excellent sound conductor, so with over 200 bones in our body and 70 % water it is surprising we do not sound like an orchestra when we walk, talk or breath.  If you need more proof that sound penetrates the body into the tissue & cells look at an ultra sound, need I say anymore?

Each organ, bone, tissue and cell of our bodies produces a particular resonance which is the frequency at which it vibrates.  When we are feeling good, we say we are of “Sound” body, mind & spirit or in harmony with the rhythms of the universe.  If we are not feeling at our optimal level, then we have basically slipped out of tune. When a part of the body is out of tune we call this dis-ease or disharmony.  How can we realign the amazing symphony of our own body and create a state of health & well-being? Simply by using sound and intention to balance and align the body, mind & spirit.

We can realign the body through resonance & entrainment.  Resonance is the reverberation or vibration of an object, cell or body.  The vibration of one body or object can affect another through resonance.  An example of this is when clocks with pendulums are started swinging at different times all of the clocks will synchronize to the clock with the highest or strongest vibration.  The same principle of resonance will occur in our bodies & cells through sound healing.  We can introduce harmonious sounds created by instruments or the human voice that will sonically massage the cells & organs helping the body rid itself from disharmonious vibration.

The powerful rhythmic sounds & vibrations of the didgeridoo, Tibetan and crystal bowls, the drum, flute and voice can entrain our brainwaves and heartbeats so that they synchronize creating a rhythmic relationship with the sacred sound being produced.  Repetitive, percussive sounds alter our brain wave patterns and aids in changing our state of consciousness creating an environment with tremendous healing potential.  Sound is a powerful stimulus that produces physiological changes in the body such as: lowering heart rate, blood pressure & respirations, decreasing pain & anxiety, increasing healing hormones and reducing muscle tension & stress.  These changes can bring the body back into its natural state of health & well being.  The change in brain waves produced by sound also balances the two hemispheres of the brain known as Hemi-synch. Hemi-synch creates a profound state of relaxation and is a gateway for us to connect to other realms of consciousness.  These altered states of consciousness heighten our senses, increase our creativity, produce a state of awakened dreaming and connect us to our Higher Self.

“If we accept that sound is vibration and we know that vibration touches every part of our physical being, then we understand that sound is heard not only through our ears but through every cell in our bodies.  One reason sound heals on a physical level is because it so deeply touches and transforms us on the emotional and spiritual planes.  Sound can redress imbalances on every level of physiologic functioning and can play a positive role in the treatment of virtually any medical disorder.”
